With Raw, Vol.2 due 10 August, Azekel has unveiled the third track from the EP. The London-based artist, who writes, produces, performs and mixes his own work, has been winning over acclaimed support since he appeared three years ago, and 'Stuck' feels like one of his most assured to date. Speaking on the lyrical inspiration behind the new track, Azekel said, "I wrote this song a few years ago... Its about being in a relationship that somehow you feel compelled to stay in, being drawn back even through the rough patches, as if you have a giant chewing gum stuck to your shoe? I produced the beat to be a mirror of the lyrics, raw and emotive." Raw and emotive indeed, it's an intelligent, piano-driven RnB outing that continues to point at a very bright future for Azekel. -G.O'B
